G8 Japan: EU offers unspent farm subsidies to African farms
Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission, tells a press conference at the G8 summit in Hokkaido, Japan that he proposes to spend unclaimed EU farm subsidies on projects supporting farmers in developing countries.

How about giving back the money to the people you stole it from in the first place! The EU's incompetent tampering by way of stealing from one group to fund another with CAP & CFP has already caused its people to be unable to feed themselves without import & has destabilised 3rd. world countries' agriculture & raped their fishing. Can the EU achieve NOTHING without corruption & incompetence? To date it has acheived NOTHING that anyone of integrity could value relative to the damage cost & risks
