Hi Kristina , Because of health reason I was forced by nature to change my diet which has been a good thing. My doctors have noticed such an improvement in my health. I have numerous allergies and I'm pretty much aware of what I'm allergic to. However, I do have a sensitivity to pistachios and cashews can I use walnuts or almonds to replace the pistachios. Eventually, I'll be going raw, however, it's a process but following you on facebook and watching youtube videos will make my transition an easy and successful process.

Yum!! I tried. I used whole oranges and replaced pistachio with soaked cashew nuts. Made it creamier. LOVED IT!! Thank you!!!!!!

I'm so curious to try kale, but in my country there's no kale at all! The most popular green here is chinese cabbage, but I don't buy it anymore, cause I have lots of nettles growing near my house, and in two weeks my lettuces will grow. So excited.

Hi Kristina! I'm a Big follower of yours... My kitchen is changing since I met you on internet :P And I would like to say that, in opposition to some critics of yours or followers that say that it would be nice that you made more "realistic" or "intimate" videos regarding your day-to-day life, in a Vlog style as they say... I totally disagree. I completely appreciate the production of your videos, the increased vibrance of the colors, all the smiles that people feel so resistant to receive, the clothes that you wear and the make up that you put to fit with the flowers in the background or even the colors food itself... I love it all. Don't see what is the problem with it. I don't understand what is "too much perfection". The abundance, the vibrance, the glow, the colors, the fruit... PLEASE, don't change :) besides I appreciate aswell the structure of the videos, I personally don't think that a Vlog is more interesting. It can be of course... but the way it currently is, is not wrong for me.

Hi Kristina, I want to become vegan. But everyone tells me I'm crazy or where I'm I going to get my protein and all the good stuff that meat has that I'm going to be weak and pale? This dressing was pretty good! I have been watching your videos and have been purchasing a basket of produce through a local coop. Small changes hopefully will lead me to become vegan or fully raw!

Kristina, what's the difference between the herb you added at the end and coriander or parsely? we don't even have a translation of the word in my country (let alone the plant itself!) is it possible to use a substitute for it? or is it better just to omit it?
