Ohi plant to reopen in spite of the fact that it is sitting on a 'shattered zones' or active faults , it still does not have a filter system for the radioactive steam releases, they ditched 15 of 30 new safety guidelines, and a few other odds and ends (not to mention population opposes it) Nuff said.
