Here a thought: How about gaining subscribers through convincingly good work, rather than annoying them through begging for votes.

Talking about disease, seems nothing good comes out of Africa.

Unfortunately, modern wheat is unhealthy to consume, destroys gut health because grains are not prepared properly anymore and contain antinutrients, and is a key underlying cause of the rise in chronic disease. Processed wheat is void of nutrients. The only crop more unhealthy than wheat is corn (98% GMO). Then use of glyphosate on crops just makes things worse (neurotoxin, carcinogen, endocrine system disruptor).

I work at that new world pasta plant :D

Very interesting.

because your channel continues to interrupt the program with a commercial at the beginning and many more "please subscribe" messages during the program. Not only will I NOT subscribe, I am leaving your program in the middle.
