Shalom! OMG! pleasing to the Senses רשאי החושים להיות תוב להרגש ו לחשרר ג גוף ש נפש Omg! Yoga! Avoiding traps adana! Haha yr doing this all as Yoga! & it is political, but only because we need to remember Janice Cornell! Rezai ha Chusim lihyot tov lehirgesh u lechseror hanefesh u guf. May the senses be good feeling and liberate the soul and body. רשאי החושים להיות תוב להרגש ו לחשרר ג גוף ש נפש Gratification of the senses as a liberating technique. At this point in our energy practice we come to the point of branching out, self insight overriding the gross yang teachings of formal instructor. Mainly, where the traditional buddhas recommended abstinence from the senses, the modern student (namely Self) instead lead by IMFHOIS (intuition) embraces the senses as a means to liberation and enjoyment in one. Dispelling the ascetic notion that liberation comes from intense dramatic self sacrifice, the sage finds ways that both gratify the inner senses and at the same time do no trap the body in real addiction or detrimental health or personality effects. In the modern world, we perceive nature and wilderness as a bastion of purity and innocence and health. It is rooted in the senses and for that reason we value the senses without folly. By preserving and working with the senses we honor and harnonize with nature and in doing so we provide favorable reincarnations and easy passing on of information through intelligent means NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE USE OF THE SENSES We observe a highly balanced world of insight and lawfulness, the presence of the guiding energy of divine yang & unity of friends family and love But it is still merely in a seed or sprout form. . For proper expounding we need to draw attention to the senses are celestial virtues rather than bondage and to give root to their flowing outward and delivering the holistic self from many rivers to the one sea of healthy asian living. Loving kindness! - Rabbi Mahoney (Local Maryland, USA Rabbi)

Tai Chi is so great, it has relaxation and healing benefits, and opens a way to adjust your vibrations and connect with the Cosmos. But apart from Tai Chi, you should use special systems and techniques - look up on Zenchakra. They will help you unravel your true Cosmic self. there is no right or wrong way of position in tai chi its your inner spirit moving your body. Soon as you start thinking of right and wrong your no longer doing tai chi. Your following rules thinking of rules and its causes resistance and stress which tai chi is supposed to take away. when you guys talk a bout mistakes its neagtivity your putting into it irritating people.
