How long is it supposed to take before they are food size. Here I think they are into their second year before then are large enough to leave the pond for the first time.

Wish I could raise frogs. Need permits IF they even allow them here. I've ate frog legs. I only eat the legs. Not sure if you eat more then the legs.

In about 4 months or less I think you will have all the breeding pairs you need...lol my Wife's brothers use a hose to simulate rain and help them breed when they are old enough. It's crazy during the rainy season... It's non stop frog eggs all over the place. They also use egg yoke in the water to feed the young tadpoles.
