First Friday - Does Culture Matter in Sustainable Agriculture?

NOTE: AUDIO ONLY First Friday is a networking forum for College of Agriculture (and the entire University of Kentucky) faculty, students, staff, as well as members of the community, including sustainability advocates, growers, business owners, market managers, chefs, etc. It is our hope that through our speakers, we'll be able to start some lively discussions and maybe get some ideas for projects flying. This month, we are honored to have three members of the College of Arts & Sciences join us for a panel discussion. Drs. Jeff Rice, Ann Kingsolver and Doug Slaymaker will address the question "Does Culture Matter in Sustainable Agriculture?" Following their presentation, there will be a short Q&A and an open discussion led by the Department of Community and Leadership Development's Dr. Keiko Tanaka.
