west is best,you are absolutely correct..thats why i only eat gulf caught shrimp! anything caught wild ,well,thats what you getting..gulf caught shrimp...yep thats what i eat!

Like all natural food, wild caught shrimp is healthy and good for you. All you have to do is look for the label "wild caught". It goes the same with salmon. If it says "fresh Atlantic", it is farmed. But if it is wild pacific, it is healthy. It is all about knowing the labels.
