This video was very helpful: thanks! It is about a year old. How has Oregon state done lately with their quinoa projects? I want to buy quinoa from America so that the price in south America isn't impacted by my purchase. Do you know of the best stores to buy it in large quantities?
I heard a famous person mention eating quinoa as part of a healthy diet. That's the reason for my interest. It seems that there are other plant based foods which have high protein amounts (nuts / seeds), just not other grains.
