The result of the ever-growing farm raised catfish, tilapia and salmon business is a society that has a cornucopia of fish at their disposal. These farm raised fish come at a price. While they may taste great they are breed in unnatural environments. Ideally we want to consume wild caught salmon, lake caught catfish or fresh water tilapia. When a fish is eaten from it's natural habitat it much healthier for consumers. Whether you're raising tilapia or catfish, it's difficult to mimic the environment from which they originally come. This video covers a few important things that pescatarians must know when it comes to eating farm raised fish.
