omg that just touched my heart. thank u, n GOD BLESS U, for take the momma n baby n.
UR THE BEST FOR THAT!!! -
Obviously, some of the folks below have no practical experience of living on an actual farm. Cattle will often accept and nurse calves which are not their own. This is actually a fairly common practice for a number of different reasons, not just because the birth mother's milk was needed in production (i.e. calf was rejected or abandoned, mother died, etc.).
-
Actually, most cows would naturally butt a strange calf to drive it away or even hook it if they have horns. Not just cows, but mares, ewes, doe goats, dogs, and virtually all wild animals. Few females of any mammal species willingly adopt the offspring of others.
Nature at work - you care for your own and you kill all the others if they try to take advantage of you.
I know that doesn't fit well with your PETA/Vegetable People agenda but that is just how life is. -
Aaaaaaaa😊😄😗😘😚😍

What difference does this make? They will still end up at the slaughter house. Cows are NOT pets. They were made for a reason and that is to be food for human consumption.

this is beautiful :') <3

PEOPLE OPEN YOUR EYES. The calf is getting cleaned off by its mother. It was not taken from the mother, the mother was caring for her son and cleaning him. Just as usual don't believe everything you see. Did they look sad, no it was just another happy day for the cow and calf pair.
I did not like this video. It has a happy video with a fake story they saw the video and assumed they were separated.
And at some time all calves separate from there mothers to start their own life just as teens do when they leave there parents its natural. -

us dairy farmers are such cruel human beings! ahhh! run away scaredy vegans! what bothers me the most is that yall won't even visit a proper family dairy farm and learn out ways and the things we have to do.come visit a farm first.then say we're cruel to our animals.

Mmm Burgers

why l'm going vegan. I was planning to go to pizza hut but, at the cost of taking their milk which may support them being treated with disrespect. I'll make my own vegan pizza.

My father and grandfather are both dairy farmers and not once have i ever seen them separate the babies from their mother unless it has been for the health and wellbeing of the calf or the mother. I think the oldest cow at our farm is 18 if i'm not mistaken My dad always told me that since they give us so much, why should we take so much from them. He utterly despises the practice of taking baby calves from their mothers and so do i, I hate the dairy industry for giving the few good and decent farmers a bad reputation.

At least cows in farms are usually well fed unlike this one

I darn near cried. Animals have such an incredible capacity to love.

Don't the baby's drink all the milk from the dairy cows. So Maybe that's why they take em away so we have more milk
-
what is wrong with the mother's back side (hips),? it looks like there is no muscle beneath
-
Absolutely beautiful - well done to all concerned!!!

Wonderful to see happier days for both of them

Aw they're so beautiful :) It's because of these things that we go vegan. :)
