EU And Now Japan To Join Free Trade With US
Video theme song:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-uTamh2KdM A Useful Idiot talks about the just announced addition of Japan to the Trans Pacific Partnership free trade agreement (see previous vid on topic) and , in combination with the recently announced development of an EU-US free trade agreement, a global network of TPP, NAFTA,EU-US will be fused into one economic system.Africa will be moved in that direction eventually, too, I suspect. Japan set to join Trans-Pacific Partnership Tokyo will join talks on a proposed US-promoted Pacific free-trade zone, marking a significant step toward more open trade in a country where rice farmers and other groups have long blocked efforts to lower barriers. Japan would be the second-largest economy in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), after the US, and its inclusion would greatly broaden the deal's reach. http://link.ft.com/r/ZE9K33/B4Q17M/Z6K7K/U1SD1E/7ZJ8VB/JY/h?a1=2013&a2=3&a3=15 EU-US agreement:http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-u-s-eu-free-trade-deal-foundation-for-a-new-global-economic-order/5324509 More:http://www.angrybearblog.com/2013/03/trans-pacific-partnership-new.html

FREE TRADE WORLDWIDE NOW!!! FUCK IMPORT TAXES!!!

Interesting comments and appreciated - I guess I am more interested in the historic roots of all the island disputes around the region...and understand the nationalism you mentioned.

Hi from Japan. To put it simply, this island dispute represents the political difference of the two nations; if one decides to go along with the other, that country must sever the ties with the allies it has had for decades. Therefore, we don't see any diplomatic solutions to this anytime soon. If you think otherwise however, I don't recommend any opinion by the people who used to support communism.

appreciate the vote of confidence....I'll give it my best.Admit it will take some good research...perhaps you have some input?
-
Awaiting another video. However, if you do not speak Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian it is rather difficult to accumulate all the necessary information on all those disputed islands. As for help from me it would be rather biased as I live in one of the country's disputing the islands, I do have a small connection with Korea, but still biased to say the least. It would be interesting to see whatever you could come up with from a historical perspective as it always is, take care.
-
all good stuff - I was thinking of doing a vid about the historical background of all those disputed islands and their histories repeatedly changing hands
-
There are many reasons and party's involved in the dispute over the islands here, I can only say how many Japanese feel about it. I'm too close to the problem, sometimes it's easier if your away from the problem and can see the entire picture more clear. After WWII many feel they took too many of their islands (Russia), now some countries want more of what they feel are their islands. SOMEBODY (greed) is stirring this BS up, and playing on all sides animosities and prejudices, full of theories.

the real reasons for these trade agreements isn't always trade...it's about corporate power.
-
fully agree about the China-Japan confrontation and have been reticent to do a video although I'm working toward it.And your theory about motivations for this Japan joining TPP are sound - I agree on this old regime returning to power point...although my thought it is what Japan wants. That said, I DO think everyone is getting the picture and lining up with US interests.
-
this, like all else, is coming about quickly
-
The only reason the us doesn't want to join a free trade agreement is because they produce so little consumer goods
-
On the surface Japan has been having trouble with China on an islands issue here, and it's being blown out of proportion by the media and all the governments. So since the old regime has come back into power in Japan, they need more protection (the old Security card, played by all governments, especially the US), so in order to get that so called protection they are being Blackmailed by the US to accept their TPP, for some Security. Sound familiar Patriot Act, NDAA, only my theory of course.
