The data from the Directorate General of Horticulture in Indonesia said that foreign and domestic market still has not been fully filled and for the last 10 years, the demand for roses has increased rapidly from year to year. However, despite the high demand of roses, rose farmers are still in awful condition. For example, farmers in Lembang on average earn Rp1.000.000 a month, while their expenses vary from Rp500.000 to Rp2.000.000 a month, it depends on dependents they have in a family. With this kind of financial situation, farmers family make money to survive from month to month. If someday their needs increase, for example the rising cost of education for their children, they will no longer afford it. Children are the ones who get the most disadvantages. They mostly ended their education at a junior high school level. Realizing that we could use our skills to bring benefits to the community, so we came up with a social enterprise plan. We surveyed a rose farmer community in Lembang and found out that there was a stark disparity between prices flower growers and middlemen charged for flowers. It was because there was no alternative market for the growers. Through this project, rose farmers will have alternative market for their roses and they will have more bargaining power to middlemen. Even better, they will gain new profit from the project. Our biggest aim is to give them assurance especially for their children in getting better education. Wangsa Jelita - 'Beautiful Dynasty'

A good move you can also incorporate co - operative farming, where a group can join and bring out their products and get the best prices for their produce
