Dr. Bronner's Organic Liquid Soap - Detox your home with 1 product!
Dr. Bronners on FB: https://www.facebook.com/DrBronner (Tell them Colorful Canary sent you :)) By it in St. John's at American Apparel (Avalon Mall) NOT American outfitters. More on my Dr. Bronner's obsession: http://colorfulcanary.blogspot.com/search/label/Dr.%20Bronners Oh and by the way, before anyone gets up on their soapbox...I drive a "5" Cylinder Hummer H3 (Same as a Canyon/Colorado Pick-up). Why? Because I like it. I have a green home, eat organic, support local, grow my own food, raise my own chickens, help wildlife, only use natural products, no toxins, no pesticides, no factory farms, reduce, reuse, recycle....and YES I drive a 5 cylinder HUMMER H3... You? Back in "the day" I was always loved big rigs and dreamed of having a full size Humvee. I came to realize that was not realistic or practical. I always drove Suzuki's as I need 4WD where I live, I don't drive that often actually. After many years of battling injuries and illnesses, and in desperate need of a new vehicle because my 13 year old Suzuki was literally unsafe for the road, this Hummer became available at a great deal, and more importantly for me, it was off gassed of the new car toxins and the people who owned it didn't have it perfumed to death with air fresheners. I bought it, I like it and it's actually as fuel efficient as any pickup on the market. So if you don't like the "Hummer" name well too bad, I didn't buy it to impress anyone (obviously - haha) I bought it for me. Even a Ford Ranger has a V6, so I find it so funny why people go all nuts on the 5 cylinder H3. Now mind you, if anyone wants to send me a Suzuki X-90 or Sidekick 2 door convertible that is scent free, rust free and running well, I'll sell the Hummer in a flash, then someone else will drive it :) Follow me: http://www.colorfulcanary.com Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/colorfulcanary Twitter: https://twitter.com/ColorfulCanary Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/colorfulcanary

Great video, I have never heard of this product. I hope it's something I can find easily at a local store. I made the vinegar all purpose cleaner that many people rave about,, I can't stand the smell,, I even added essential oil but that didn't help. I searched homemade cleaners and found your video. You got me all excited about this product. Do you premix it for different cleaning jobs so that you don't waste it? Thanks so much.

i love castile soap. i make it from scratch, and i purchase this and other fair trade brands on occasion. however i cant dilute it and wash my body with it. i like the super sudsy feel, guess thats my indulgence lol.
great video Love. 💋
oh and to the people commenting on having nice things like Hummers and being organic, stop hating. lol. i hear that crap too. it's silly. all of us arent meant or desire to drive smart cars and do everything green. some of us just do what's natural and feels comfortable. Mama Earth knows the difference in the natural vs forced effort anyway, better to keep it real. -
advice pretty please! do you know of an oil that could completely mask the sent of the original db soap? ive tried many, i have had no luck. but my 3to daughter actually gags when she smells it and doesnt like me to wash her with it. ive actually never tried the baby mild cuz ive for some reason never knew there was one. i just thought what my healthfoods had was it which just had the original unsented and a couple sented. does the baby mild have the same sent as the original?

If you use it as a body wash and shampoo, how would you dilute it? Or do you use it straight?

I love castile soap, but to say it's completely safe when there's warnings on the bottle is incorrect. it is not 100% safe. you can't get it in your eyes, obviously you can't drink it, and with this comment I don't mean anything negative. You still have to keep this and every soap away from children. My point is, it's totally a better alternative, but it's not 100% safe.

Im hooked on Castile soap for everything.

Another great tip...Make a one to one mixture of castile and peroxide. Add this mixture to water, 1 part mixture, 3 part water. It will do an amazing job in your bathroom. I put it in a spray bottle and go to work. It will clean make up stains without a problem. I use one part mixture, one part water to do laundry, particularly towels and underwear. Look up how good peroxide is for your body and it costs like 75 cents for a 16 oz peroxide. They work so well together for every part of your home and body.

So you said that you can use this product as a laundry detergent. Does that mean you use the same amount of Dr. Bronner's soap as you would use for a regular laundry detergent?
