Dezhou Runde Metal Company made in China egg incubator stops working again, on 9 days since I replaced the main fan motor the first one stopped after 6 days. I think this next hatch of eggs just got cooked again, this company is unbelievable the absolute garbage they make. I've since talked to the factory on Skype and there is no warranty on the spare fan motor I bought from the factory when I bought the original incubator, and you are going to love this one the customer service person Sally told me to contact my original sales person Melinda for a replacement fan motor, but Melinda doesn't work for the company anymore she has gone back to school. The ducklings did a pretty good morning rush today coming out of the barn, it was almost none stop duckling train. Last night I turned out the light in the barn to see if that helped in reducing the water consumption in the barn, well it did help a touch instead of running out of water around 5 am, at 6 am there was still about ½ litre left in the hanging water pail. Today I separated Ms. Gimp from the flock and put her in the pen by herself, she spent over 40 minutes in the kiddie pool cleaning her self, and she was pretty dirty. I'm hoping the egg killing incubator from china hasn't killed all the ducklings last night with the fan dying again, I'm loading the eggs into the hatcher as fast as possible this morning and misting them right away to cool them down some. I hope it's not too late to save them, I didn't want to through 248 eggs into the garburator and kill the little ducklings in the eggs, but I'm feeling the Made In China egg incubator has done this for me now. The ducklings are now going into the barn on their own now, I actually don't even have to herd them in, around 9 pm they start going in on their own now. By the end of the day the final results of the Muscovy egg hatch was only 2 Muscovy Ducklings made it out on hatch day, this is much worse than last weeks hatch. Just caught up on the duck adventure. It's a real shame all the trouble you've been having with your equipment. I really hope that at least some of the ducklings make it out of the eggs nice and healthily. My favorite duckling so far would be midget duck. If he survives I can't wait to see what he'll look like all grown up.

It is so cute the way the 2 muscovy found each other and now they are all buddied up........Hope in the end the rest will hatch after all despite all the challenges you have had to go through.

Her ending just sounds so tragic. The gimp. The being almost dead in the freezing pool. Being raped a whole bunch. Only to die to that. XD

Matt, why not get a larger window box fan from the store, cannibalize it for the parts and hook it in with 110 v. Remove their motor, jury-rig a regular box fan in the back?

I sent an online message to "Annie" asking her company to please honor their contract and warranty with Matt and his 50 Ducks in a Hot Tub. I am hoping that if enough supporters write in and create a "grass roots" movement to get Matt some warranty action, it would be a good thing.

Sucks when you work so hard and things just keep failing. I've been waiting for meds to come in, and it's going on day 3 for Next Day delivery from UPS. Plus the driver won't come my door...he doesn't like the dirt road...but the Fed Ex guy has no problems with it. Meanwhile my birds are dying of coccidiosis while they play games with me. Yeh, other's incompetence is really irritating, especially when they are suppose to be 'professionals'.

You need to buy another incubator, or make one, you did such a good job on the hatchery. You need to buy one from a company within the US if there is any.
