Mala Youhuo is one of the biggest crayfish chain stores in Beijing. Having been in business for 14 years, it now has 30 restaurants and more than 60 delivery centers in the city. In the high season, it sells around 150,000 crayfish every day, making it the most-sold crayfish chain in China.
