Vietnamese Food in Saigon, oh yeah. In Vietnam today, One of my favorite dishes in the entire world is a classic mountainous local Asian chicken fried up to a crisp and served with orange rice. This was a childhood classic dish of mine when I used to eat it at $1.99 Restaurant all the time. Good times. Com Ga Su Su is pretty close to it, and I highly recommend this place. This place is overrated, more for the novelty than the actual food. Had a dish for my first meal in Saigon and it wasn't too memorable. The corn milk was really good though lol.
