how do you clean the tubing well enough?
-
Yes, polyurethanes are safe.
Polyurethanes are derived from chemicals called diisocyanates and polyols that undergo a reaction to form an inert substance – polyurethane. Substantial research has shown polyurethanes to be safe and inert. -
I have Mini Aplines and Nigerians. It was my first year milking them last year, and hand milking did not work. They have teats the size of pencil erasers, even when full. Do you think your milker would work on them? Thanks kindly

Hi, I have a Dansha electric milker. I keep running into a problem. When the teet is no longer largly full of milk, the tube slides up the teet to the point where it cuts off the milk flow. A friend who recently got out of the goat business gave me the milker, and it always worked wonderfully for her.
Could you give me some suggestions? Might I be doing something wrong? Do I need a different size? Is so, where can I get them? -
Just to let now we are now sorted machine working fine this morning

I bought the same vacuum pump you show on the video and it does not work at all in any of my goats it was a disappointment to me and my family because we try for hours.

Yes you can use our milker on a Buffalo you will need to get the large teat cup assembly 140 ml cups. On your cow if you have a Jersey or a Dexter you will need the small teat cup assembly 35 ml cups

Can i use this vacuum for buffalo & Cow . If possible Please send the detail to contact for me .

We modify the pump to produce more vacuum, we also change out the o ring and add in a barb connector

Dan great video : my question is how do you connect the hose from the system to the vacuum pump? My pump is just like yours, do you put some kinda fitting into the vacuum pump or do you change something out or what? Also I read a comment on another video a guy was saying that not having a pulsating action that it would hurt the goat's teats and cause mastitis and bleeding, have you had or seen any of these problems. I would think the steady pressure would be better as long as the pressure doesn't get too high. I've milked lots of cows with pail milkers and pulsating milkers but this my first goat experience. I also have a cow that I am going to start to milk and I think this system will do fine ? Thanks again for the very informative video!!! P.S. I think it would be a good video of how you tear down and clean your system and all the fittings! Thanks again!
