Cutting Rice with the Kubota DC 68G in Rural Thailand
These guys are for rent and during the peak part of the rice harvest they are going non stop. They get paid by land size, Not by the amount of rice cut which is a huge expense for the farmer, Most still cut the rice by hand.

A lot different to the air conditioned New Holland we had :D

Looks like there are still some wet spots the combine was driving through. There's plenty of organic dust from the rice though. That is a pretty small combine combine compared to those in the US and Canada.. But it seems to do the trick. What did they do with the rice that accidently spilled?

Combining is really dusty work.

I knew it was Thailand because he had his Temple Flowers on the dashboard instead of Plastic Mary. LOL Loud or what and no ear protection. Very efficient little machine though saved a lot of back breaking labour and time. Glad to hear that they are getting a better price this year for their rice.
