I really appreciate how this 80-20 principle really guides so much of what you do, I think I see it come up in one way or another with every other video of yours whether you explicitly mention it or not. Where do you buy your sunflower seeds fro sprouting?

I was thinking about using an electric knife, like one you'd use to carve a turkey, have you considered doing this? or does the cleaner cut make a difference?

I have a knife made by Anolon which has very good steel that will take a razor edge and only cost about $20.

How much did it cost to start out? Like how much did it cost you to get all your equipment, seeds, your truck, tubs, the fridges etc.!!! About..
