Crazy Indonesian Food: NASI PADANG!
Indonesian food and traveling Indonesia were both quite memorable, but nothing was more delicious than nasi padang, which is a rice based dish with lots of side dishes. You can find this dish everywhere in Indonesia, like Jakarta and Bandung. The customer sits down and the plates will get stacked up. I enjoyed the proteins a lot more than the vegetables, but I'm not much of a veggie eater. The beef cartilage is good usually eaten together with cow's feet. Especially if you're feeling sick and down it will revive you and make you feel revitalized. If you ate this in France they would charge $200 dollars and give it a very fancy name to justify and try to fool you.

The place you go, the restaurant padang sederhana, can't be consider 100% padang food. If you want to taste the real padang food, go to padang. The serderhana's padang spices has been decrease, they don't use full spices.

When I studied at college few years ago, almost every day I ate Nasi Padang. Yeah... Rendang in almost everyday. Just delicious.
