I think it is legal to produce biogas and put it to use by way cooking fuel, run vehicle or run machine for one's own use. But I wish to know whether it is legally permissible to refill the biogas and sell it in the market?

well designed but in the USA somebody would regulate this one out of use. I can see several of these being used as a production of power. The USA has a few that are mechinized and costs a bunch of dollars. They work for lowering waste impact on the local environment and air.
