Comparing free range chicken eggs to store bought 1 of 2
I am only stating in my video what has worked for lp pretaining to high blood pressure. He was on 1 then 2 blood pressure medicines. From there he went to sugar pills and a drug for acid reflux. I believe because of the fluid pill in the blood pressure medicine it affected his vision and it started to fail. Dehydration causes health issues. From there he had open sores on his feet that wouldn't heal and his toe turned black. I researched about the blood pressure medicine and the side effects. He had them all as his body was screaming out from the toxic effects of the drugs. He stopped them all cold turkey. The black toe and sores went away including the acid reflux. The sugar level stablized. The damage to his eyes is premanent. He has stopped table salt that is in most processed foods as it's a very unhealthy choice of salt. He has mostly stopped processed foods and only has them on occasion like cheese. He eats mostly one ingredient food, kale, spinach etc. He eats fresh garlic everyday and drinks lots of spring water and lots of sea salt with minerals. Lack of minerals and dehydration are two causes of high blood pressure. No margarine only unsalted butter. Extra virgin organic coconut oil and nuts are a good choice for the heart healthy omega 3s. Toxic man made synthetic food and prescription drugs poison the body and the body will cry our in many ways. As it cries out more prescription drugs are added to the toxic cocktail. I'm sharing what has worked for lp. An added note the blood pressure drug increased his appetite as he went up to over 275 pounds. Prescription drugs are a win win for doctors. Many man made synthetic food and drugs will increase the appetite. God's food can't be beat to heal the body. His weight is 200 pounds now.

The colour of the yolk is governed by added pigment, be they artificial or natural. Cantathexin is one and carotin is another. Carrot peelings work well. You can even turn canaries orange by feeding carrot. Wild pigeon eggs are of the paler shade, they have a natural and varied diet, so the richly coloured yolks are really eye candy, or more dreaded additives.

I can see and taste the difference. Everyone should have their own chickens. Or a good farmers market.

Thank you for sharing

Thank you ma...for the wonderful insight.

How about pink Himalayan salt instead of sea salt? Supposed to be a lot more beneficial for you.

We have free range chickens at our home and when they started laying right off the bat we noticed the yolks were very rich and deeply colored (the eggs are also harder to crack!). I looked up what causes the yolk to be dark or light and it turns out its the chickens diet! Apparently dark yolk means the egg came from a chicken with a well balanced, rich diet. It has more carotenoids in it, which are the same things that are present in carrots, peppers, squash, and other vegetables to make them orange. Dark yolk also tends to have more omega-3.
So free range chickens get better feed. They also are easily able to scratch for insects- which they are not able to do so in factories because they often cant even hardly move.
Debate is up whether free range chicken eggs are very much healthier than factory chicken eggs, but we know one thing for sure, free range chickens sure are healthier and happier! -

It took me a while to get used to my farm fresh eggs. All our yolks are dark orange and tastes really rich. I love them now and it is nice because my nephew raises the chickens. Out there on the farm we also have honeybee hives. Wonderful insects! We get a sweet treat of having the honey and also use the wax for chapsticks, skin salves and body creams. Nature provides us with the best so we must care for it and ourselves!

In a chicken meat you can see a big difference in the color too, in a farmer chicken the meat is close to pink, even the skin.

Cute video thank you luckily I get my eggs from down the road and can see them out foraging! Yolk color varies as do the shells!

I just heard of something that reminded me of this video, so I came back to hunt it down. All the way back in the 14th century, the Florentine painter Cennino Cennini mentioned that for younger faces, paint made with the paler yolks of town hens should be used. And for people with darker complexions, the more orange yolks of country eggs were acceptable. ...All the way back then, there has been such a significant difference between hens raised properly with more space and better food, and those weren't in such a good environment! Just thought you'd appreciate that tidbit.

i want to have a out door cage for my turtle but i dont know if i should do it

Love informed and smart folks. You should see what yolks look like in Thailand....They are this ridiculous orange/red color. Must be the soil or abundant of bugs in the soil....??? I am so spoiled with all the duck eggs here.... :-) Ask your farmers to grow duck eggs. They are twice the good stuff and 1/2 the fat.

I can feel my arteries clogging up just looking at all that diary.

As far as i know depends the colour shape of the egg if the farmer feeded betacarotin or not. If he doesn't and the chickens can pick in the grass and also get some insekts than the egg will more yellowish. Have a look on wiki if you don't belive me.

Standing Bear, this comment failed to post so I've taken the time to write it so I'm going to post it one way or the other. So here goes to you Standing Bear, Feel free to eat GMO grain fed chickens confined in factory farmed tortuous conditions. Feel free to indulge yourself knowing that it takes acres of land poisoned by toxic herbicides, fungicides and insecticides to fed the factory farmed animals-that is not sustainable. Feel free to think that you care about humanity and the survival of the honey bees and life itself. Feel free to believe that the factory farmed chicken eggs are just as good as grass fed chicken eggs. Feel free to continue to tote your vaccine agenda on the unsuspecting masses. You are a real HUM DINGER!!! Did you block me, Standing Bear, so I could not respond to your comment?

you ate so tight I was actually sickened when I learned all this... and that this is what I had been feeding my children ... but we do have the power to change at least help other ppl gain more knowledge... and just because at the store they can sayvthey are organic or free range and charge more money doesn't necessarily mean that they are when you read the guidelines the government as pertaining to what they consider qualifies as such... I give my extra eggs away and tell ppl don't take my word for it try them and you will see... this way too I helping families in my community as well

the government regulation for " free range " is that they have access to the outside for 15 minutes of the day... I have my own chickens and can tell you they are free range they are outside all day until they go in to roost... you can not only feel the weight difference in my hens eggs the color and even when you start to cook them you can smell the difference in my eggs compared to store bought and the taste is definitely different as well much better ... you can Google and research on how they farm eggs it's really disturbing to find out exactly what they do to the chickens and forced them to eat ... I even read a lot are in such confined spaces they are forced to eat their own feces and in return we are eating it too on top of the antibiotics and steroids forced fed to the chickens...
