Do I mix anything in the coconut coir for starting the seeds? Or use the coconut coir alone, and then use the potting mix when I transfer it into the larger pots? Thanks!

Does coconut coir attract termites? I live in south Florida where termites can really be a problem.

can i just use regular soil, the type of soil that when you water it makes a pool of water above and take few second for the water to get get into the soil instead of compost?

Azomite has 200 ppm fluorine which is toxic to plants. I would use MUCH less rock dust, but I do know that rock dust works.

Hi! Really helpful video. I have one question though, I intend to use inorganic fertilizers throughout my grow in your recipe of potting mix. Will the liquid fertilizer have any negative effect on the compost in the potting mix or the overall quality of the potting mix? Thanks a lot.

Hi, Thanks for your demo. Very informative .Can I use just coconut coir + dried cow dung + homemade compost , or even some Vermicompost ? If yes,then what should be the ratio of the parts .Do we need any other organic fertiliser. I do not have rock dust .
What could be the substitute ? Awaiting your reply .please.I from Chennai.
