@mutley2660 Hi, I work for Seven Cups. I don't know as much as Zhuping, but I believe in general Chinese don't add sweetener to their teas. It is common to add Chinese herbal supplements such as Lycium berry (goji berry), chrysanthemum flowers, etc. Most Chinese tea has such a delicate complex flavor that people in china who are interested in learning about and appreciating tea will mostly drink it with out adding anything. thanks for an informative video, have been told that tea from Fujian province is very expensive. do they sweeten their sweet tea or drink it as they are?
