Chinese Farmer's Five-Thousand-Duck Walkabout
Ducks are a major symbol of China's capital Beijing, from the sports teams named after them, to top restaurants featuring them as entrees. Yet, far from the capital, one farmer in East China takes his duty as duck farmer to a whole new level. Several times a year, farmer Hong Mingshun takes his flock of ducks for a walk—5,000 of them at a time.
