Chang Tianle is one of the driving forces behind a small but growing organic farming movement in China. Her work with a U.S. farming NGO first made her aware of the negative effects of large-scale industrialized agriculture. In 2010 she and a number of other enthusiasts came together to found China's biggest consumer-supported farming initiative - Beijing Organic Farmers' Market. In this week's On the Level Chang tells Fergus Thompson why she and her colleagues are so passionate about helping to develop a more sustainable China.
