China’s farm tourism: Profits and fun from leisure agriculture
Many villages in China are actively pursuing farm tourism, sometimes known as agritainment, to boost local income. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, tourists can pick all sorts of vegetables from local gardens, and fish from ponds.
