This is not a bash against China but a comment about a Canadian TV documentary about fish farming in China. A Chinese fish farmer was being interviewed about his operation. The guy made every effort to be sure that good water filled his pond and fed the fish healthy food. While filming, his neighbor was busily spraying pesticides or herbicides on her property. Even though the fish farmer was being careful, his neighbor's activity might compromise his operation.
