They only pick young tea leaves with bud on it because you can not make tea with old tea leaves. So they either pick bud with 1 leaf, 2 leaves or 3 leaves. The Elevation is 1650+ meters high. We went to a trip with Douji on the 19th of April - 24th April 2011. In Yunnan we get to see how Douji produce there puerh tea progress and how they pick their tea.
