Outstanding tutorial! I've been using Stihl chainsaws for many years now. Stihl makes a great tool. If you are not using the synthetic oils, gas/oil mix and bar oil, make the switch. You won't regret it. Those synthetic oils are some slickery stuff, and they will increase the life of your saw and bar markedly.

The only thing dependable about my Stihl MS 261 is not starting. In spite of Stihl's ads, reputation and hype this saw is near new an near useless. Invest in another brand that works in the woods.

Stihl, you really need to get Nick Offerman to do some tutorials. That'll turn any chainsaw video to 11!
Just brought my Stihl 211 C-BE home and went right to work doing manly things. It's hard to not blight the land since it's so awesome. I even gave the power pole a good long glare.
Hey, @19:45, the bar is upside down! Doesn't physically matter and will work...but attention to detail a little when working on a chainsaw. @Limbsmatter -

It gets easier once you get yourself more involved in how the chain saw operates. I got tired of taking mine to the Stihl dealer. They charge too much and rarely offer guidance on how to fix my chain saw. I learned the hard way. I got dirty and tore one apart and put it back together. I saved big money after that. Do it the American way. Do it YOURSELF! PEACE!
