Catfish (or Basa) farming in Vietnam
While they aren't allowed to use the word "catfish" for trade reasons, Vietnam produces a lot of basa, much of it in small scale family fish farms like this one in Chau Doc (southern Vietnam, Mekong delta region). This house built on the water sits atop a cage with as many as 50,000 fish being raised inside of it at any given time.

I agree with you, elainesman, but only to a point. You can clearly make out a foot of some sort, likely human. You can hear swishing sounds , and the shaking of what is possibly feed pellets. I think this is significant circumstantial evidence that catfish farming is taking place. Although, with 1268 views, you are correct that humanity has spent a collective 380 minutes watching this video. I thank you for your feedback.
