The green juice has spirinula and wheatgrass in it. Its not good for you. Although fruits have sugar in it, so these drinks could be a substitute. I will never drink the green madness though. Drinking that you might as well throw seaweed and grass in your mouth. Yuk!!!

I have always heard that these are not as good for you as people think. They're full of sugar. Some (not all) have more grams of sugar than a can of Coke. I have also heard there is an except with a few of them. Like the Green Goddess is supposed to be decent.

Stop drinking these. I know they are tasty but they are not healthy at all and contains to much sugar. I am soooo upset because I really liked these drinks. I bought a few this week and I am going to finish them up and not buy them anymore. Do your research :)

Hi! They make another green one called Daily Greens that I like better than the Green Goodness. You might too. It's a little sweeter with no aftertaste.
