Boer Goat Farm in North East Thailand
When I made this video I planned to give the all contact info for this farm so if someone in the area was interested all the info would be right there, But I have decided that the owner is either crazy or a con artist. I can not in good faith send anyone there. After I was finished with the video he changed his price of a 4 month old goat from 20,000 baht(which is a crazy number to stat with) to 25,000. Which I think was a white guy price. What ever the reason please stay away. If your interested in boer goats in Thailand go on http://www.alibaba.com/countrysearch/TH/goats.html and you well find lots of goats for sale, They all have 100 head as a minimum sell but I think that is for international shipments. And best of all the farms are all over Thailand so you might find one close to you, I have 2 within a 4 hour drive. my wife is Thai - we married in 2010 -- and I realized one thing. If I wanna buy something - I go and look for it , and 2 or 3 days later i send my wife to buy iy ( on the Thai scale ) and when they put the stuff on my pick up --- i show up and drive away with the paid merchandise/animals ! you should do the same Sir! Dont let them suck you dry.

Oh, these Boer Goats are beautiful, sooooooo beautiful, but 20,000 baht for a 4 mo. baby goat? Peggin' the exchange rate at 700 usd per 13.40 peso to the dollar, that comes out to 9,380 pesos! No wonder we don't see much baby goat over here, its so dang expensive,...hehehe,....for a baby milk goat, about the size of a 3 kg. turkey, the supermarket or butchers here will charge ya anywhere between $1,500 and $2,000 pesos,.....crazy goat, how in hell did he get stuck in the fence hole, no worries, Paul to the rescue,...on the billy goat in the shade, he's BIG!
