at the 5min mark I have to say, I know there are actually jet packs now a days so I would be curious to know if there are any military or other type of corporate facilities nearby that could have been testing some sort of seriously high powered version of a jet pack because it sort of looks like humanoid figure with something possibly on his back but that's just my opinion but either way ufo or other it's still extremely interesting to wonder about
