Below-grade Construction at Atlantic Wharf

Haley & Aldrich provided geotechnical and environmental engineering services to the Atlantic Wharf mixed-used redevelopment project. Located steps from the site of the Boston Tea Party, the new 31-story tower includes a combination of office, residential, retail and civic spaces. Haley & Aldrich assisted with the design and construction for the project's 6 level below grade parking garage which utilized "up-down" construction techniques, allowing the superstructure to go up while garage excavation took place.
