Baby Rabbit Decomposition Time-Lapse in 4 Days, Quick and Complete
This poor baby rabbit was found dead by my dad's door step, probably a gift from his cat. I didn't want to waste the opportunity for a good time-lapse so I made a box that allowed light and bugs in but kept larger animals out. I used a Pentax Optio WG-1 to take pics at a rate of 1 per 12 minutes initially, then increased frequency to once per 5 minutes when I realized how rapidly things were moving. I used a lower resolution to make it easier to process, thinking this might last several weeks. It is played back at 30 fps. Here is a link to my blog post with a little more info and pics of the camera setup: http://webiocosm.blogspot.com/2012/05/baby-rabbit-decomposition-in-time-lapse.html
