Obviously keeps your skin looking young and beautiful, just look at her
-
so, you don't boil the leaves in water to make tea? :)
-
HI! i have a seedling here of Ashitaba that is less than 1 feet. Does that already have a yellow sap inside or do I have to wait longer for it to grow more?
-
It is so very obvious you did not like the taste of the tea. Thanks for being honest.
-
What do the leaves taste like? They are edible too, yes? Also, I noticed that your Gynura is an upright grower compared to my trailing one. Are there different varieties? Mine also has much smaller leaves. Thanks.

Can you overboil or over simmer the chalcones on a stove top? What's the maximum time the tea can sit real dark and rich before consuming in order to extract like the ganoderma lucidum shroom tea video you did?
-
How do you make your tea? Hot or cold water? Do you boil it or simmer it?
-
I bought an ashitaba from a local store. It was small and had 3 leaves. Now it has just one leaf and the rest has dried up and died! :( i am not sure if it's getting too much sunlight or lacks water, or the soil i am using is wrong
-
Gynura and ashitaba are both beneficial but moringa is the best of all!
