I don't doubt scientists found arsenic in the products they tested. This video is not trying to debunk that theory. Rather, this is a constructive look at the news of arsenic being found in organic brown rice syrup. Unfortunately, the mainstream media has framed this in such a way that it almost seems like they're attacking the entire organic community as a whole. Plus, I talk about why parents of young children, especially babies, shouldn't worry about organic baby foods and snacks. I've always said, read your labels and KNOW WHAT YOU'RE BUYING. Just because something is labelled organic, doesn't mean it's healthy and just because something isn't labelled organic doesn't mean it's completely off limits. Remember, whether it's for an adult or a baby, always read the label and make sure you actually know what the ingredients are. If I can't pronounce it, I try not to eat it! Plus, I've been eating organic foods for years and I don't use or have hardly eaten anything with brown rice syrup. In adult foods, I swear I've only found brown rice syrup in junk food. Eating organic junk food is contradictory to the organic diet. Here is the CBC article covering the issue: http://www.cbc.ca/news/health/story/2012/02/16/arsenic-rice.html Here is my video discussing baby food, weaning and the solid diet: http://youtu.be/dCH499Z5cno ======================================= Watch "Deconstructing Supper!"
