This Dr Will Clower is out of his "F"ing mind. If you wanted to get everything wrong about Mercury in fish or the deference between wild or farm fish just quote him. I can not stress how wrong his is.

Most Mercury is found in older larger fish which eat the smaller younger fish that have not produced as much Mercury in them yet. The big companies troll for their fish with lines over 20 miles and with 100's of fishing lines off that main line which sink as low as 300 ft where the older fish stay. Wild caught fish are bu Pole and do cost more but they is a world of deference between them. Tuna which is albacore means from big fish have more Mercury so look for pole wild caught tuna.

NO NO NO NO!!! Wild fish and Farm raised fish are completely different. Farm raised fish are fed corm meal and not natural living algae, Cyril and other types of organisms which make up the Natural good omega 3 oil. Most fish fed corn don't have any Omega 3 natural oil. Your getting the same garbage oil as in corn fed cattle and corn fed chickens all bag for you and should be avoided. If it says farm raised AVOID it at all costs.

NO None of the farm raised fish are healthy. If they lie and say they feed them the same diet as in the ocean it's false false false. This food chain does not exist in captivity not even close.
