The cost of getting energy directly from the sun, via cheap Solar cells, is now very low. Yet the PUC is trying to bailout the 9 useless STF's in Barstow, Beacon, Abengoa, Ivanpah, Caliso, Rice, Palen, Genesis, Blythe, Imperial Valley, because the 1% have huge amounts of money invested in this ancient & useless technology. We need to close all these dead stf projects, not bail them out! You can help, yes, you, by putting one solar panel in your apartment. Just enough to run your computer, phone & a light. It might cost you $200. You can do this. Wrap your head around Solar. Here comes the sun. Install as much Solar as you can invest in your house.
