[653] Big jobs numbers as questions on Tesla’s future emerge
The top stories: July’s jobs numbers in the US showed 255,000 added to non-farm payrolls, while Canada shed 31,000 jobs. In other news, Trump properties are losing visitors, a recent study finds. Ameera David has details. Afterwards, Watching the Hawk’s Tabetha Wallace reports from the Green Party Convention with an analysis of the Green party’s economic platform for the 2016 election. Then, Boom Bust’s Bianca Facchinei rounds up three stories in the news: How hacked a bitcoin firm plans to spread losses across all users, how Greece is seeking a southern alliance against the EU’s austerity policy, and how the New York Fed is warning of troubling consequence from rising student loan debt. After the break, Ameera talks to STA Wealth Management’s Worth Wray about how the recent data change the Fed’s calculus about rate hikes and what the future holds for emerging markets, especially China. And in the Big Deal, Ameera and Edward Harrison discuss the potential that Tesla is running into financial trouble. Take a look! tabatha wallace is dumb. federal deficits helps the economy.

The stock market goes up when people need more and more income; employment rises for the same reason. There are still a record number of labor force non-participants. Boycotts and municipal pronouncements haven't Chick-fil-A much. However, I ask you, whether it's fair to force people to serve others, yet allow boycotts? Economies must be at full employment and highest possible efficiency naturally, unless you take a very dim view of nature. We need to look for reasons they aren't, not assume the opposite. This a rather strange attitude from people who consider themselves environmentalists. Such an economy may not be the most "advanced," nor the most advantageous to the human race, only one which works best in the long run, otherwise we'd not likely be here. The NY Fed was also behind the housing bubble. What the Fed manages is a Ponzi; maybe they seek Bernie Madoff's advice. With Brazil paying 14.25 per cent interest, it's not surprising capital from Europe and Japan is flowing there. Buying reals with borrowed dollars is yielding 34 per cent. E-cars make more sense in Germany than here. Mercedes is getting into the business, too.

Tesla is the future. great show Ameera.

US jobs report manipulated. 112k of the number is from the Birth/Death rate and it has the largest seasonal adjustment in a decade of +80k. So basically the actual jobs number was 50k
