It is pretty interesting to see, how the filet all of a sudden goes from a pinkish/fleshy colour to clear white for no apparent reason. I do wonder how much bleach is being used to accomplish this effect/illusion. (Sorry if i made any grammar mistakes)

I have sampled Vietnamese Raised Swai Cat Fish and found it to safe and delicious. The Vietnamese and Thailand Fish farming industry is better in many respects than are own domestic industry. I will never hesitate to eat Vietnamese FISH.

i think the ponds have a slightly higher water level compared to the big river, and are supplied by a small spring or river that would otherwise flow directly into the big one, filling the ponds instead. You cannot easily clean or filter chemical pollutants out of a river, you have to control what goes in, which is near impossible for the Mekong, but easy to do for a small side-river or spring.

Nice attempt. Would be also nice to see where and how water is actually cleaned, or at least filtered. Or it isn't?
-
The worst part is that here in Britain, people are selling pangasius as cod due to the very similar tastes of the two fish.
