Here is our daily digest/summary of DAY ONE of our tour in the Mekong Delta area... we boated around a lot, visited a honey farm (with BEES!), wore a LIVE snake around our necks. paddled in a boat through the thick forest waters, watched coconut candy being made, had lunch, tried some local fruits while musicians played music and sang, and we ended the day at a "homestay" at a local family's house.
