The situation in California is maddening first California like most of the US West is in a semi Arid Desert. Droughts happen in those types of places all the time. The environment in California was simply not designed to support millions of people long term. Most of the US West is suffering a water issue in one form or another. Cities in California and Las Vegas, Phoenix are going to go Bye, Bye. To much water has been jacked off on lawns, water fountains, pools and other bull corn. This is just another example of the short term thinking that is going to hose the United States. It's not Climate Change/Global Warming it's a the Earth doing it's thing to many people for the local resources, and stupid policies going back to the 1930's. Deal with it because it's going to get much worse.
Oh, and about China and US debt. China still has over 1.2 trillion on it's books the Chinese can't dump US debt wholesale they simply have to much of it. The market would collapse and dollar would collapse and the US paper they hold become toilet paper. The Chinese need to unload the US debt they have in a way that doesn't kill the dollar until they're out of it. I don't think they can before the market for US debt smells a rat, if the market smells a rat everybody heads for the exits.

Hay D.I have been watching your videos for years now.It has been great seeing your progression over time.I just had to chim in about your emergency heat source,and wanting to store all the propane for it.Please be aware that you can vent a simple camp stove or tent stove out of a window with a 90 degree elbow some plywood and oakum packing.One of those would keep a room nice and cozy.Its easy enough to stock up on wood,and there is always stuff around to burn.Love you man.Reg for President!
